NIC conference and the IntelZone IoT lab
The annual NIC conference, a learning event dedicated to driving technical IT best practice across IT Professionals and IT Decision Makers who want to learn from the best speakers in the world, has concluded. For the seventh time, NIC maintained its original concept of keeping the conference hands-on, and we at IntelZone wanted to do something out of the ordinary.
Much of our work centers on a calculated business plan, with a solid ROI. However, to get there, we must first disconnect from the conventional work process, and focus on the creative. At the core of our company culture is playfulness, curiosity, and innovation. The IoT-scene is constantly evolving, and we are determined to be a leading member in its evolution.
To best demonstrate our work environment, we decided to present our IoT lab, and showcase a part of the process we go through while creating prototypes. We brought several Raspberry Pis, Adruinos, and screens and LED-lights in all shapes and forms. Essentially, we built a playground for device managers and other techies. What we did not expect, was the amount of interest our lab received from attendees with all sorts of professional backgrounds.
The IntelZone IoT Lab was a success to say the least, and we received an impressive level of participation; counting numerous inspiring contributions. Evidently, the magnitude of possibilities within sensor technology generates interest across all industries and professions.
